Invest Diva’s Guide to Making Money in Forex will show you How the global currency market works, Why social, political, and cultural events shape trading, The smartest short- and long-term strategies and Best practices for navigating the economic calendar.
Author’s Introduction:
Become a Forex Diva. Invest easily in the largest market in the world, which wasn’t available to retail traders until the late 1990s: the currency market. Many recent studies, including the one conducted by Richard Peterson, MD, show that women make better investment decisions than men. A study by Barclays Wealth and Ledbury Research found that women were more likely to make money in the market, mostly because they didn’t take as many risks. Trading currencies, or so-called forex, can be easy, fun, and enriching if it is done wisely after having undergone the essential education.
In this book, I have brought together all the forex trading material from my online Invest Diva videos and classes, and added tips and tricks from real women who have attended my seminars. This book will teach you how to be practical in managing, saving, and investing money that you would otherwise consider expendable income. Together, we will learn a great deal about the educational techniques and essential basic knowledge that you need in order to successfully invest in the forex market to make your dreams come true.

A really simplified guide to foreign exchange trading. I also love the fact that the book goes into the risks of trading and walks you through them step by step.

As a woman who has never been interested in finance or trading, I found this book a great place to start learning about trading and earning money. The book is easy-to-read, very insightful and informative. It covers everything a trader needs to know from the very basic introductions to technicals, fundamentals, risk and wealth management, all explained in plain and humorous English which makes it a uniquely fascinating combination.

The author shines in this thoughtful, entertaining read on the massive FX market and so much more… The greatest value add here is how she manages to deliver complex theory, concepts and methods in easy to understand language that all can comprehend and benefit from. I recommend this book for anyone just starting out in the world of active trading or even seasoned professionals looking to increase their knowledge base. An excellent offering by a clearly smart, experienced and confident woman!

I’m new to forex trading and I thought overall the book gives a great overview on the currency market, step-by-step training on how to trade online and how to analyze the markets from different points of view. It provided some really good advice about which currencies to trade, when to trade, how to manage risk and how to identify scams. I think I can especially trust what is written because the author doesn’t seem to be taking sides or promoting a specific broker and is talking about pure education.

Forex is one of those things that can seem like an incomprehensible language from afar, and even more so when examined up close. This is the first time I’ve seen it actually explained with the simplicity and finesse required for a plain Jane (or Joe!) to “get it” without the technical mumbo jumbo so many others use to describe the same concepts and ideas. The analogies make sense, the ideas are clear and simple, and most importantly of all, it’s actually fun rather than painfully dry. About time a book like this hit the market. I look forward to rereading over time as I become a better, more experienced trader!

An excellent guide for all in finding success trading global currencies. Kiana has a knack for making the complicated aspects of forex accessible to anyone. She has put together a very clear methodology for winning in this huge market — the forex market. Read this if you are trying to understand forex for the first time and read it if you need reminding of the basics. In addition, Kiana has formulated successful strategies with straight forward tactics. Get this book if you are getting into forex trading!!

Below average book with lot of chuvanistic references. Females are superior and men are not kind of stereotypical garbage.

she is a master of marketing …otherwise it’s all scam to get people’s money

I really enjoyed reading this book. I mean, if you’re not a pro in investing and want to find out everything quickly and easily, this book is for you. I know that there are millions of educational websites and books out there, but none of them has explained this rather complicated (and Serious!) stuff so smoothly and with a lot of humor . You will not get bored nor tired of reading the book. Also, the writer has included many stories from real people inside the book which I personally enjoyed this part the most. Also, I have to say that my boyfriend (a PhD in engineering!) also started his journey with Forex with this book because of the simplicity of the language (yeah, guys just have to neglect the parts which the writers shouts out for her ladies!) All in all,I think this book is the best option to begin your journey with Forex.

I should have known from the title’s first words “Invest Diva’s” that this book was not for me. It seems predicated upon the notion that “Women” are great traders so I thought I’d check it out. I have hundreds of books on trading, and now this one ranks at the absolute bottom of my list to recommend. I hate to raise the notion of a trader’s sex, as I consider that an irrelevant factor. But actually I didn’t raise it, the author did. In fact, she makes it the entire theme of the book, which is just chock full of stereotypical “female” references which have NOTHING to do with trading. Things like: giving birth, babies, shopping for wardrobe and shoes, dancing, romantic candles, etc, with illustrations of naked babies, diamond rings, pregnant moms, etc interspersed in the chart examples. The discussions on technical chart analysis are rather mundane, and unless the reader has never read a previous book on chart patterns, he/she will learn nothing new here. All this makes for a trying experience trying to get through it. You may learn something if you are totally green in this field, but be warned: if you are low on estrogen, you won’t like it.

Kiana made learning forex fun. The book is well written and provided a great foundation. I am excited to start a demo account and see if I can put what I read into action.

If you are into Ichimoku Cloud, also known as Ichimoku Kinko Hyo trading, this is great book for you. Not so much for me. I like to keep it simple, I find this trading system confusing when scanning pairs for a setup. Maybe in time and with practice… Happy Pip hunting to you.

Ok to be honest she makes it sound easier than it is. Yes I’m new to forex I’m also not a genius or super great at math. She says you don’t have to be but it still obviously requires some math and conversion that can be a little confusing if you’re more right brained and completely new to all of it. I definitely appreciate her knowledge and her analogies of dance kind of help but for someone completely new to the concept I would need a extremely more simple step by step guide that spells out what each means. She does do this on some things but others I was a little lost and had to lookup what it meant. I probably will read forex for dummy’s or something lol. It’s not a bad read it’s definitely helpful and she put her heart into it which I appreciate and will probably read again once I know more basic concepts.

As a recently retired entrepreneur looking for something to occupy my newly found spare time I came across Kiana’s book and website. I had always had an interest in the currency markets but felt very daunted by the technical aspects of it. For anyone that feels the same way, this is the book for you. The steps are straight forward for a beginner and Kiana tells it honestly, including her own personal experiences which brought her to the point of writing this book.

It is always challenging to take a complex topic and try to communicate it well. What the author has done with this guide is explain these complex topics in such an enjoyable way that you don’t even realize that you are learning. She uses insightful analogies, such as her dance floor analogy for currency pairs, to help explain some of the more complex concepts to ensure that you truly understand the fundamentals. There are a lot of references out there on the FOREX market however this guide is unique in its approach and truly was a joy to read. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to make money in the exciting world of FOREX trading.
