Single Stock Futures is an entirely joint collaboration by Charles Sidey and Patrick L. Young. We have been colleagues and friends for some 15 years, first at Tullett and Tokyo Futures in the late 1980s and early 1990s and then through various other ventures, including the online publishing company ‘‘erivatives.com’’ where we both serve as directors. This Book have been portrayed…as a new stage in the evolution of financial derivatives – which is certainly the case. But they could be more than that: they could radically alter the dynamics of equity investing…The possibilities are huge, but as yet only dimly perceived.
