James Hyerczyk has over 30 years of financial experience in investing and finance. In 1982, he began his career in the futures industry, where he developed his skills as a technical analyst. Since then, James has worked in a variety of capacities in the financial sector, including the equity, commodity, and forex markets. He writes articles for several websites and magazines, including Autochartist, NASDAQ, International Business Times, Financial Sense, Trade2Win, Trading Markets, Forex Hound, Trader Planet, Futures Magazine, FX Street, and FX Empire.

James, seen as an expert on the Gann Theory of technical pricing pattern analysis and his book, Pattern, Price and Time, is frequently quoted in other works. He also edits and contributes to his firm’s newsletters, Forex Pattern, Price & Time Report, and the Futures Pattern, Price & Time Report. These newsletters provide daily analysis for both individual investors and brokerage firms. James regularly presents training for the American Association of Individual Investors, Bloomberg, the CME Group, and others.

James received his Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Saint Xavier University and earned his Master of Science in financial markets and trading at Illinois Institute of Technology.
