About the Author

Dr. Dennis Eisen is an independent consultant specializing in the development of decision-making tools for real estate, financial, and investment analysis. Over his long career he has developed numerous computer programs for various agencies of the Federal government, trade associations, and private-sector clients. He is the author of “Decision Making in Federal Real Estate: How the Government Decides on Whether, and with Whom, to Lease, Build or Buy.”

Dr. Eisen has been an avid investor in the real estate and stock market for over 30 years. He holds an M.S. in applied mathematics from Brown University and a Ph.D. in mathematics from Adelphi University. He lives with his wife, Doris, on a 4-acre estate with a 2-acre lake in Maryland.
